Best Western Plus Governor's Inn

This was my second stay at this hotel and I must say I am highly impressed. The rooms we're always clean and the breakfast (and the young lady cooking and serving the breakfast)was great. My experience with the front desk manager Chauna was like no other I have ever experienced. No matter how overwhelming her situation may have been (answering the phone, checking in guest) she had (and maintained) this peace and kindness about herself. Good...I mean really good Customer/guest services unfortunately seem to be almost unheard of these days but Chauna was my proof (and truly the reason I decided on this hotel the second time); that hard, able, and dedicated employees do exist and I hope she receives the acknowledgement she so very much deserves and clearly has earned. Thank you!

The hotel accommodations are clean, organized, and inexpensive. The beds are comfortable in our room with clean and organized. This hotel offers complementary coffee in the lobby, the Nestlé coffee machine. The coffee is so delicious cappuccino white chocolate mocha latte you name it. It was extremely delicious. The staff went above and beyond because we had checked out at 12 PM and we decided that we were going to watch the football game in the lobby. However, when my husband decided it was time to leave, I completely forgot my book bag in the lobby on the floor to the side of the sofa where I was sitting at. I didn’t realize I left my book bag there until I got home 4-hours later when I checked my truck to unload and I couldn’t find my backpack I called the hotel & the staff indicated that they would ship my book bag to my address. That was something that I did not expect. I’m extremely grateful! I did receive my backpack. Thank you so much again for all of your hospitality. We will definitely return in the near future.

I had an amazing day at the best Western upon arrival. The building is brick so it looks kind of old but once you come inside, the appliances are updated and the front desk manager Shantaa is very very nice and welcoming. She made sure that I was OK for my stay and she made sure that anything that I had a problem with was taken care of which I really didn’t have any problems. I had a hot breakfast every morning that I was there which I was very happy about and I was happy to have the breakfast was included in my stay if I was to come back, I would definitely rebook at that same hotel again.

Chauna was incredible! She made our stay a thousand times better by making sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be returning because of her!

The night desk associate April was THE best front counter person i have ever encountered. I had a long night of traveling before arriving and was exhausted when I finally got to the hotel. There was a problem with the room i had reserved and April took care of the problem with ease. I will highly suggest this hotel and location based on her friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I was visiting family while in town and had a good experience. The area was quiet too.

Had a great experience with this hotel the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Chauna. Got locked out of my room a couple times and she was very expedient with helping me get back into my room. The breakfast is great. The rooms are very spacious and nice. I would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay. Very very good staff! Excellent breakfast! KAREN'S always gonna find something no matter where she is. It was clean and comfy!
